Chronic low back pain
Low back acute stiffness and pain for last five years. Started 45 mins of yoga every morning but zero relief. Now, even pain-killers like a Powergesic MR, take too much time to give relief.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

For complains related to severe and chronic low back pain, you need an opinion of a spine surgeon, and need a proper evaluation. Most probably it is related to osteoporosis and needs a dedicated treatment. Please consult one of the spine surgeon for the better care.
