Chronic knee pain
Every time I do running or do something that requires to move my knee joint a lot, my knee painfully aches at the front of my right knee cap. This has been going on in stages for the last 3 years and it seems to be getting more and more painful. I injured myself near to the time that the pain started but I'm not sure if the two are related! Thanks!

Sometimes minor ligament strain can cause pain that should resolve with medicines, rest and physio. You need to undergo an X-ray of your knee and consult an Orthopaedic surgeon, if required an MRI.
