I can't sleep at all. I have tried every remedy and medication available. Alprazolam and clonazepam have also failed. What to do?

Hello, Your problem is most probably due to poor sleep hygiene. At your age there could be no other reason for insomnia. please do not take alprazolam and clonazepam . It can be addictive and difficult to come off. consult a psychiatrist to evaluate you and suggest proper treatment.
