Continuous body degradation-Chronic fatigue, brain fog, even after sleeping for 8 hrs, stree in head, ringing sound in left ear, low physical and mental strength, dry skin, premature greying of hair. Hello, cap cog FORTE one at night for ten to fifteen days.  PLENTY OF LIQUIDS LIKE nimbupani mosambi juice butter milk coconut water etc to be taken. Tab buspiron10 mg one at night for ten  days if feel better u can take two times a day. Ok.
