I have IBS problem due to stress . Due to i have chronic fatigue. I was prescribed Ashwagandharista but 20% relief. Ashwagandha churn caused gases but stresscom tablet 50% relief. Can i take stresscom and Ashwagandharista both. Are both work different.Can you prescribed other tablet for stress and fatigue.

Try to manage your stress by doing yoga meditation, pranayam.manage your life style changes eat timely healthy diet, seasonal fruits vegitables drink plenty of water,avoid screen time.
There are multiple reasons for fatigue. It may be due to vitamins deficiency or mal absorption of nutrients due to your IBS or chronic stress. It's important to evaluate the root cause and work on it. Check your vitamin D & B12, thyroid levels and Haemoglobin levels first. If these are imbalanced correct them and manage your IBS as well to recover from fatigue
Include Exercise and Pranayama everyday to manage your stress. Manasa mitra vataka/ brahmi vati/ saraswatarista- any one of these can be used.
