Chronic Epidymytis
I hv been diagonised with right chronic epidimytis, I dnt feel pain consistently, what sleeping position should I use??? What kind of food should be eaten under such case, I am already going thru antibiotic treatment.

You are taking right treatment - course of antibiotics. You can sleep in any position you feel comfortable and there is no specific food or diet that will help.
