Chronic duodinitis and insomnia
I am suffering from chronic duodinitis from last 1 year and insomnia from last 1 month.i wake up at around 3-3.30 am every morning and unable to sleep .I go to bed at around 10.30-11 pm at night..please suggest how to sleep till Dawn..
