For chronic diseases one can prescribe potencies from 200 to 1M to 10M and so on.
If the remedy is from plant kingdom you may prescribe 200 three times a day.
If the remedy is from mineral kingdom/metal group you can prescribe 200 once a day.
If the remedy is nosode you may precribe 200 once a week.
Be cautious if patient is hypersensitive.
Homeopathic medicines if selected correctly can show significant improvement in the chronic cases even in a month.
