Chronic depression
Ive been depressed for the past 3 years and I realised this problem last year ;ive become highly sensitive in character accompanying high level of self demotivation and social anxiety ; I thought it would fade off at first but the problem only got deeper (slight beginning of suicidal thoughts) I would lik a med opinion

Depression, when is chronic, affecting your day to day activities and curtailing your progress needs medical help. There might be some cognitive distortions which is maintaining your depression all these years. If those are realized and corrected you can come out of it. If suicidal thoughts intrude it has gone into danger zone and needs urgent psychiatric help.
