Chronic cough
I have cough problem from past 5 days.It is very much problematic for me.I cough after every 5-10 mins.
History of parkinson and hip replacement.
Blood report attached
Low MCHC high RDW

Your blood report is absolutely normal, low MCHC & high RDW is barely beyond the range and should not be of concern.
Its probably just a mild upper respiratory infection.
If its dry cough then Syp Corex 1 tsp twice a day should suffice.
If there is phelgm then take Tab Azithral 500 mg once a day x 3 days.
Drink frequent sips of water ( normal not cold) whenever you feel sensation of cough. That should help
