Drink luke warm water in empty stomach. Drink butter milk mix with jeera, black pepper, black salt n dry pudhina powder. Panchakarma will help you. Eating smaller meals.

Avoid heavy ,spicy food.early morning 1glass lukewarmwater,add home made butter milk in ur diet add papper powder,jeera powder, black salt,chaatmasala in 1glass after lunch.drink regularly for 1week.
