Chronic back pain for two plus years
Hi, I've been suffering from chronic lower back pain over past 2+years, that isn't improving. I have difficulty in prolonged sitting for even shorter durations like 15minutes. I could feel the low back muscles are tight, Stiff. MRI result says "no abnormalities", HLAB27, Rheumatoid factor are negative. Full abdomen test is good. Symptoms seem to be ankylosing spondylitis. I'm currently under medication, taking corticosteroids. Someone Please help me get a clear idea of the root cause of the issue.
