Chronic anal fissure
Is laser surgery recommended for chronic anal fissure problem ? What's the recovery time likewise with an open surgery ? Will it hurt ? How are the chances of fissure to reoccur even after the surgery . Please note my diet is based on high fiber and I'm also taking stool softener but i still constipate
