Im confused one homeopathy doctor gave me adel-28 for high cholesterol another have me cholesterinum 3x...third doctor gave me both medicines one time each..there are so many fraud doctors nowadays whom to believe I don't know...I don't know which one is best for cholesterol.. plz guide anyone
