Cholesterol level on borderline
Today I did the lipid profile test and found that my total cholesterol value is 207mg/dl and LDL cholesterol is 142.68mg/dl which shows the reference range borderline high . Rest all the things seems in normal range .
Please let me know what precaution I need to take so that it will not rise more and how to reduce this to normal level.
