Cholesterol
I am 33years old...my total cholesterol is 203...LDL is 135 and HDL is 47... triglycerides is 129...how much high cholesterol level do I have? Should I reduce oil taking...or I should totally skip the oil? Can I eat fish? Pls suggest..Thank you

LDL below 100 and Total cholesterol below 200 is what recommended. Follow diet and exercise. Reduce fried foods, eat fish, chicken boiled.
