I am 24 years old and I take an egg regular basis and also I take 50grm of chicken in a week is it bad for my health ?

Hi 1 egg per day is fine..provided if you don't have any cholesterol issues... If any cholesterol problem then you can gave egg white only and leave egg yolk .. Yes chicken is fine..you can take in the form of chicken soups or pieces twice or max thrice a week...and not more than that... Thankyou

Hi Its not bad for healthy as far as you are consuming 1 whole egg everyday and 50gm of chicken in a week. Suggestion is to do some exercises as well 5days a week like jogging, brisk walking , cycling , yoga that will help you in a healthy way. And add a whole fruit as well every single day.
