Hello drs. I am taking chiropractic treatment. one sitting has been done and 2 left, can I do weight lifting in between or should I wait for the treatment to end ? Does chiropractic treatment really helps your body? Thank you in advance.

Its your choice to take chiropractic treatment buy i will not recommend it. If you are having pain then you should avoid weight lifting for some time and should visit an orthopedist.
