Hi my 2 yr 6 month boy don't speak any word but he listen and understand everything but not started speaking should i need to worry or should i wait. He is not forming any word like papa or mama but shout very loud if gets angry.

It depends on whether he is babbling or speaking a few syllables. Kindly get him evaluated by your pediatrician or a developmental pediatrician
