Hi sir My child forearm plaster has been removed Please confirm what is the precusion is required after palster removal and what food is eat for better recovery

Kindly confirm by x-ray union of fracture.if fracture  has united, then the dictim is gradual return to usual activities.

First thing to note is that he has attained strong union, apply crepe bandage of 2inch width over hand and forearm, wash properly to remove any dirt before applying crepe bandage. Children usually do not need physio, and complain less of pain.  Analgesic syrup sos. No need of any special foods.
