the pain wont go by its own. you have to have a treatment. As the activated immune system needs at least 1 to 3 months to settle with medicine. otherwise , it's not gonna cure by its own. consult one rheum as soon as possible. stay safe, stay fit.

Get a Rheumatologist and Cardiologist opinion. Resting pulse of 80 is normal. Arthritis is of various types. Get blood tests done at a reputable laboratory

The body ache may remain for maybe few months but it improves as you start being physically active. It is not at all similar to Rheumatoid arthritis. I would suggest, start with daily stretching and basic exercises. It certainly won’t have any adverse consequences on your body
Health Tips
Try Yoga and meditation as well which will further have positive effect on your physical well being.

Hi. In most cases arthritis associated with chikungunya resolves on its own within a few months. However, in a small subset of patients it may persist requiring additional treatment. But the first question is confirming whether you had chikungunya or not. Fever with arthritis may be seen with few autoimmune diseases as well, which require timely treatment. Diagnosis requires a detailed history, examination and relevant investigations. Regarding your heart rate, 60-100 beats/ min is considered normal for an adult. However, if you are having palpitations, it needs to be evaluated
Next Steps
You should consult a Rheumatologist for your joint pains for early diagnosis and proper treatment. also, consider visiting a cardiologist for your cardiac issues
