Chicken skin in shoulder

My shoulder has chicken skin problem and it has many tiny pimples that go right on its own. It doesn't itch and skin falls very sports.

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
