Braces is not the solution for your third molar cheek-bite. Temporary solution is to do smoothen or making the sharp cusp blunt that is causing cheek-bite.If that doesnt help,then the permanent solution is third molar extraction. Continuous cheek bite with a sharp cusp is not good.
