  4. Chest tightness. In the left side!

Chest tightness
Left Chest tightness and upper left back pain over two week , went to a Doctor he said it could be spasms but if it continue to go back. He prescribe muscle relaxer . It help with the back pain but I been continuing feeling chest pressure in the left side
