Chest pain spreaded to left arm.

Asked for Female, 46 Years

LAD + LCX Disease. S/P PTCA + Stenting to LAD and LCX with DES 2.75x28 mm and 2.5 x 23 mm Xience Pro Achieved TIMI III flow on 5/8/2016. Also gallbladder stone. Surgeon advised to Lap Choley -> GA. My hemoglobin level is very low. Diabetes. High BP. Recent feeling pain in gallbladder also pain in the left chest. Suggest me where can I get best treatment at affordable cost. Medicine taking: Starpress XL 50 Plavix 75 Ranozex 500 Glyciphage 1 G Amaryl 2 Aciloc RD Famtec 40 Polycrol Gel Dulcoflex I have enlarged liver. Constipation problem. Weight 64 KGS. Height 5 ft. Age 46. Female.
