  4. 80% stenosis in Mid LAD. Or not?

80% stenosis in Mid LAD
We have completed angiography today and found 80% stenosis in Mid LAD vein but other vein are good ,no issues in other vein Please suggest stent is required or not?

If patient has symptoms it definitely needs stenting
