Chest pain
My chest is paining after every super active and movement work. Pain while breathing in, pain on exact back of chest too. Hand nerves has been swell and grisp is too weak to fold and move and pick or open nob.

Try rubbing some pain gel and take take a pain killer orally for one day twice daily....rest for a whole day ..if your still not better consult ortho..

You need to see a orthopaedic surgeon and physiotherapist to learn the exercises and some other therapy In the mean time soak your hand in warm saline water for ten minutes three times a day Take soft smoky ball and squeeze it many times a day do clawing exercises of hands and all fingers Don’t use cold water for washing You may need support cast too
