  4. Chest pain. My left hand till the arms.

Chest pain
Last 1-2 months having chest pain, sometime it's sharp on the left side 3 fingers below shoulder bone. When the pain is more I feel it in left shoulder n neck. Slightly Breathing difficulty. feel rapid heart beat, palpitation kind of shivering/vibration in the body, low energy, dry throat. From yesterday I'm having pain in my left hand till the arms.
