Hi, I have been getting chest pain and its there since 3 weeks. I am 31 year old, diabetic diagnosed since 6 months. I had lifted heavy luggage 3 weeks back and attributed the pain to it but the pain persists. Sometimes it feels like I am always carrying a heavy weight. 3 weeks back I also got angiogram and echo done in India and the results were all normal. I then travelled to Germany and residing there since. Sometimes the pain goes away once I drink water and there are many burps. Should I be concerned? Who should I consult in Germany, a cardiologist or a general physician?

Hi you can contact a general physician. Also looks like muscle strain as your echo and angiogram are normal(assuming echo n angio were done after you lifted the luggage)Also kindly continue your thyroid and diabetic medications. As you are residing in Germany would be better to consult a physician and take medicines prescribed by him for chest pain (muscular). In both cases angio n echo before or after luggage picking consult a physician.
