Chest pain
Hello doctor, Please check I'm attached ECG and Echo (taken ECG 3days back and ECHO 20 days back) Doctor told it's anxiety I have chest pain, left hand pain and left shoulder pain since 6 months I have already done TMT test 3 months ago it's Negative  (Stress test negative for inducible ischemia) Please check and suggest me I am worried about this.

ECG and ECHO looks normal Do regular exercise and diet control and yoga to reduce ur anxiety

The ECG and ECHO reports are normal. Need not worry. TMT has good predictive value so do not worry. Take help Of psychiatrist if anxiety.
