Chest pain
Chest pain in the area pointed. While sitting it happens in the area in picture 1. While running it starts in area in picture 1 and after completing 3-4 kilometres it moves to area in picture 2 and completely disappears from area in picture 1. I can comfortably run 6-7 kilometres. My ecg, echo and tmt normal (done in sep 2023). My question is whether this pain is cardiac.

If pain was cardiac you would not have been writing these questions. You would have been in the ICU. Having cardiac pain and still running 6-7 km is not a joke. However you should consult the Doctor who did ECG, 2D ECHO and TMT. He may like to get Coronary Angiography done.

Hi i have noted your concern, Chest pain can be due to multiple reasons one of the most common reason are related to gastic, heart, lungs, muscle, bones and sometimes panic attscks as well For proper evaluation you should consult a internal medicine specialist, who can physically assess you and tell you the most probable cause for your chest pain, then only we can tell you the diagnosis or reason for chest pain and treat accordingly.
Next Steps
Please watch for any associated symptoms with chest pain which can be sometimes alarming like breathing difficulty, nausea vomiting giddiness, palpitations or sweating, in that case immediately seek medical attention.
Health Tips
If you don’t have any of these symptoms then please watch for gastric related symptoms like burning sensation in chest or after having food feeling chest pain, recurrent burps or bloating, then you can consult medical gastroenterologist or internal medicine specialist to rule out possible causes
