Chest pain and breathing issue. This?

I had been facing this chest pain for around 3 years and for breathing I don't remember the exact time, but when I was in school I faced shortness of breath but I thought it is because of allergies that I have like dust and smoke. So I used to avoid visiting this kinds of place. In 2021, I faced a very heavy or hard pressure pain in my chest and it occurs in every 2days. So, I took homeopathy medicines for this but the pain and the issue increases day by day. After some time I went to the doctor and had my blood test. One of my friend went to the doctor for my reports then doctor told him that I had blood infection in my chest. But when I visit to the doctor next day he said the reports are fine. He used to give me medicine for 2days and ask to come back after 2days. Still I was facing the same issue and after taking those medicines I always feels like sleepy. One of my friend's doctor told him that the medicine which I used to take is for anxiety. Can you please help me with this?
