Dear Sir I feel palpitations can that be coz of acidity. And i feel severe pain left upper chest. And a lot of dizziness specially when heartbeat accelerates.

Yes most likely due to acidity. Please avoid oily and fried food. Eat small and frequent meall. Eat plenty for fruits and salads Drink plenty of water . Do not lie for 30 min after meals.
