A thickwalled cavitary lesion measuring about 30 mm is noted in apicoposterior segment of right upper lobe.A non enhancing rounded soft tissue component with air crescent within is noted within the cavitary lesion suggestive of fungal ball.Fibrobronchiectatic changes are also noted in apicoposterior segments of bilateral upper lobes (Right Left) and superior segment of right lower lobe.Few illdefined ground Blass attenuation nodules are also noted in right middle lobe and right lower lobe.
