Chest irritation and abnormal heart rate
I suffered from a mild COVID infection in January 2022 and also last week became part of a chain of local infection. Had symptoms like fatigue and dry cough but no fever. For the last 2 days I have been suffering from pinpoints of burning/pain on the left side of the chest. The pain is in spasms and not continuous. Each time a spasm happens my heart rate jumps up to 90 - 110 bpm. This spasm lasts for a few seconds and subsides. These episodes continue through the day. I am also feeling extremely tired and dull. I have been suffering from tachycardia episodes off and on for 6 months with ecg, echo and other cardio investigations all coming clear. Can you provide any guidance on what to do next as I feel these are related to residual infection but have no idea what to do.
