Chest Injury Bruise
I had chest injury 2 and half month ago near end of chest and end of pectoral area.My x ray report is normal but have hard lump inside muscle which is painful to touch.Is that callus or Muscle knot or something else and how long it will remain painful. My orthopaedic doctor is asking to take Nimesulide and paracetamol tablet for 20 days to remove the pain.
