My baby is 14 weeks old and she has congestion in her chest. I can hear while she is breathing. What to do

14 weeks is too little to be kept at home if you feel she has breathing difficulty. You could try Saline Nasal Drops (nasoclear drops) , 1 drop both nose, but please seek help immediately.
