Chest centre weirdness
My problem is a bit strange.  I have a very strange feeling in the center of my chest.  I can't sleep without keeping my hands on my chest . (I know it's weird) If I take my hand away from there, I feel like Something feels tight.  As if something is squeezed inside and upper back pain also . I have been having this problem for a week.  I do not have any pain and this problem started in 2020, but after that it has started again.  I don't feel like any cloth should touch my center area of   chest.  I do not understand.  Which doctor should I see  and how should I explain it to him?  I feel very restless and nervous sometimes? In 2020 my ECG was normal, my chest xray is normal please guide I feel very uncomfortable

It's unlikely to be a cardiac problem. Unless you have had any previous cardiac issues or family symptoms of cardiac problems. So that is unlikely. So you take any other medications for any other problem. Do you have gastritis like symptoms ? Have you started working out recently and straining your muscles. Do you have joint pain or general body weakness now? Many things have to be discussed mam..

Costochondritis is a condition characterized by inflammation of the cartilage that connects a rib to the breastbone (sternum). It often leads to chest pain and tenderness, which can mimic the symptoms of a heart attack or other heart conditions. The exact cause of costochondritis is not always clear, but it's commonly associated with repetitive strain, injury, infection, or underlying inflammatory conditions. Treatment typically involves pain management with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), rest, and in some cases, physical therapy. If you suspect you have costochondritis or are experiencing chest pain, it's important to consult a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
Next Steps
Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
