Chest and back pain, left arm pain
It is the third day i am having chest pain(left side), goes to the back and also my left arm and shoulder hurts. Caughing for a few months now(smoker), blocked nostrils. Uncomfortable all the time, pain described as stabing, paracetamol and ibuprofen taken , breathing difficult, feels like something stucked in my neck

It is called angina.. You are also saying you face difficulty in breathing which indicates towards cardiac disease.. Get your ECG done..
