You can go for enameloplasty which involves reshaping the part of the tooth which is causing irritation to the cheeks. However, do visit a dentist and get a thorough physical examination done.

One more possibility is the bite of your back teeth is not in a good position. You can also consult an Orthodontist in your city. Vist fir a detailed check-up to know if there is an issues with the site and correcting it may help decrease the bite. While your anxiety treatment by other medical fraternities can go on side by side. This is my advice for overall health improvement. .Hope this helped.

If you have consulted an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who has determined that everything is normal and attributed your symptoms to anxiety, it may be beneficial to address the underlying anxiety issues. Here are a few steps you can take: Relaxation Techniques: Engage in relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, or yoga to help manage your anxiety. These practices can promote overall well-being and reduce stress levels. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Consider seeking therapy from a mental health professional trained in CBT. CBT can help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns and develop effective coping strategies for managing anxiety. Self-Care: Take care of your overall well-being by engaging in activities that bring you joy and relaxation. Prioritize self-care, including regular exercise, a healthy diet, sufficient sleep, and engaging in hobbies or activities that help you unwind. Support Network: Reach out to friends, family, or support groups to share your concerns and experiences. Having a support network can provide emotional support and understanding during challenging times. Communication with Healthcare Providers: If your symptoms persist or worsen, it's important to communicate your concerns to your healthcare providers. They can reassess your situation and explore additional treatment options if necessary. Remember, it's essential to consult with qualified healthcare professionals who can evaluate your specific condition and provide appropriate advice and treatment. They can tailor the recommendations to your individual needs and ensure your well-being.
