Changed menstrual flow
My menstrual flow has changed totally and I feel so much cramps in my genital after getting into physical activity and masturbating first time with husband and I face so many other problems like UTI thats recurring anytime. But it wasn't the same at all when I was unmarried and now I'm so stressed that what can I do to make it normal like before?

It sounds like you're experiencing some physical changes and discomfort, which could be influenced by a variety of factors, including changes in activity levels, sexual activity, and possibly underlying health issues. It's important to consult with a healthcare provider to get a clear understanding of what's going on, especially with recurring UTIs and menstrual changes
