Change in facial symmetry
My facial symmetry has been changed totally as a result of excessive teeth clenching. Also I have some jaw joint and muscles problems. How can I come back my normal facial structure and normal bite? Can tmj splint give me my original bite and symmetrical normal facial structure (as I am being treated with splint and braces) or something else? What should I do now? Please help.

I think occlusion has to be studied carefully in such a case. Minute details matter alot. Keep following instructions given by ur dentist cautiously.
Next Steps
It could be a multidisciplinary case. Kindly consult a Prosthdontist first.
