Hello, Once cataract is removed with cataract surgery there is no chance of cataract coming back or so. After cataract is nothing but a thin layer forming behind the IOL . Which can be removed by laser..Its a OPD procedure.

You won't be getting cataract again. It will be basically after cataract that a membrane is formed and that can be taken care with laser. It's chances depend on which type of IOL is implanted.
