Hello, Once cataract is removed with cataract surgery there is no chance of cataract coming back or so. After cataract is nothing but a thin layer forming behind the IOL . Which can be removed by laser..Its a OPD procedure.

it will  never reoccur. the only problem  you may have in future  is posterior capsule  opacification .which can be easily  treated  by laser.

You won't be getting cataract again. It will be basically after cataract that a membrane is formed and that can be taken care with laser. It's chances depend on which type of IOL is implanted.
