  4. Chalzion on upper eyelid on let eye.

Chalzion on upper eyelid on let eye
Initial it was one chalazion on my upper eyelid but now it 2 on the same left upper eyelid...it's approx close to 4 months have been undervoing the homeopathy treatment. Sometimes it shrinks n sometimes it's even easily visible from a distance...al I want to know is will it its own sweet time to go or can I suggest some other conservative measures

Hello There are different options for chalazion A.  Medical management includes warm compresses followed by lid massage with index finger tightly from up to down followed by application of aziyhromycin ointment over lid margins B. Intralesional Kenacort injection C.  Incision and curettage Having said that, kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
