Chalazion on eyelid
Hello, I've been diagnosed with a chronic chalazia(blepharitis) , I had 2 chalazion on upper eyelid and 2 big chalazions on lower eyelid, my doctor suggested a surgery for the lower eyelid chalazion and it's been 7 months since the surgery and no recurrence happened whatsoever, but the upper eyelid chalazions was not given incesion and she said they are small so we will use TA injection, but they aren't going away after 2 injections and they are causing eyelash loss, any suggestions? Am I advised to do another surgery?

Better to get surgery (inscision and curettage) done if they are not resolving

The mainstay of management for Chalazion is surgery. No other thoughts. If it’s happening again and again, look for a cause.
