Sir, I have a chalazion from last 8 months .i have started warm water compress since 4 days i am very confused what to do and how to get rid of it without an operation .what should i ?do is there any other way to get rid of it Kindly help

Chalazion requires Surgery. It's done in Local anaesthesia. Don't get scared. Scar is internal. Nothing ll be visible outside. Why you don't want Operation?
