I'm 12 weeks pregnant, ultrasound shows cervix length as 3.2cm... is it normal ? Do I need to undergo any cervical suture procedure to avoid preterm ? Please advice. Thank you !

Cervical length <2.5cm is considered as short cervix
Indications for cervical cerclage -
1) Previous history of preterm delivery
2) USG shows length <2.5cm
3) Emergency/ rescue cerclage in case of unexpected preterm labour
3.2cm is totally normal if u r asymptomatic
