Cervical spine
My left side shoulder arm wrist and back side pain in from last 10 days ,ECG is normal ,i am diagnosed with cervical spine ,i want to know cervical spine cause only left side pain,while right side i have no pain

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate the patient  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold air. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for  neck and shoulders. --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Most of the times if you are not suffering from any metabolic disease like diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism etc ,  this type of pain comes due to bad posture habits while working and sleeping , secondly lack of regular excercise cause decrease in muscle strength which further aggravates the problem. Also you may be in Vit D deficient state .
Next Steps
The most important and Long term treatment is isometric neck muscles strengthening excercise with back extension excercise.

Pain can radiate to one or both shoulders or even beyond depending nerve root involved.. Avoid sitting  in  one posture for long periods. Avoid using heavy pillows. Do neck strengthening exercises. Physiotherapy.
