Maintain proper posture while on work or study. use pillow adjustable while sleeping. Take IFT for a wek and later with few neck exercises it will be reduced. Visit nearest physiotherapy center for treatment. This may take time upto 20 days to completely reduce neck pain which is also causing giddiness.
