Upper Cervical
Sir/Madam , I am having Upper Cervical Problem like pain in looking down and left , I am having migraine pain in every 3 weeks , pain in right shoulder blade and right hip to right side of leg, somebody suggested me I am having Spine Atlas misalignment please suggest me something to correct the misalignment.

Hi Sir, It seems that you are doing sitting job or use mobile and laptop for many hours. Also you are overweight. First manage these things and if somebody told you that there are misalignment issues then get proper treatment.

Try doing  neck extensors strengthening, drink plenty of water and milk. If pain occurs, please stop the exercises
